During this 2 hour Chi Running class with Mark Wallis, you will learn the basic ingredients of the Chi Running form. He will cover Posture, Lean, Heel Lift and Arm Swing focuses and do some demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills. There will be video analysis to wrap it all together so everyone has a clear idea of their running form. This sounds like a lot of running but it isn't...really. I suspect your brain will be more tired than your legs!
