Fitness Philosophy

Health is not about losing weight or your clothing size. It is about keeping the whole body, mind and spirit; healthy and fit. Focus on yourself as a whole, and how you feel. 

Outer skin health is just as important as inner body health. Taking care of your skin, which is the largest organ of the body, should be high on your list. Be mindful of what you put on your skin and in your body.

Here are some tips on being successful. Set achievable goals with realistic time frames and reward yourself for your achievements. Be accountable to someone other than yourself. Make one goal to be good to yourself, feeding your spirit with positive affirmations.
