    • Fitness Assessments provide a detailed workup of your physical condition and a workout plan can be derived based on assessment and goals. (Does not include first workout session)

PARTNER / BUDDY TRAINING

    • Train with your friend or partner. Highly recommend each doing a fitness assessment first - to create a workout both of you can do.

FITNESS CONSULTATION

    • During our appointment we will go over your health and wellness concerns, goals, and fitness recommendations. Note: this is not a fitness assessment. (Free)  

    • Offering natural alternatives to skin care, body care, and health remedies.

CRUNCH TIME WORKOUT

    • Not a lot of time? Book a 'Crunch Time' Session

    • Choose from a cardio, strength or stretch 
      30 minute session.

WELLNESS LECTURES

    • Available for Lectures/ workshops on

Zumba®

  • The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! 

Cardio ZUNE®

  • Get ready to Mix It Up! This class is a mix of Hi-lo, Kickboxing, Zumba, Hip Hop aerobics finishing with a light weight toning segment for the upper and lower body. (Beginner/Intermediate Levels – Endurance / Strength) 

Fuel the Fire® 8 Week challenge

  • Official start is January 10th and you will have 8 weeks to prove how you can ‘Fuel the Fire’ by excelling and doing their ultimate best on their final fitness test, exercise accountability and body composition measurements. You will commit to doing an initial fitness test, body composition measurements, 4-6 workouts total per week (3 at SBF), logging their exercise and working out with a heart rate monitor. You will do a before and after photo shoot.*

Tai Chi

  • Tai chi is a mind-body practice in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). Tai chi is sometimes referred to as "moving meditation"—practitioners move their bodies slowly, gently, and with awareness, while breathing deeply.

CLASSES 

  • BODY BOOTCAMP – Challenge yourself with a variety of workouts to take your fitness to the next level. (Intermediate/Advanced Levels - Total Fitness).

  • E-TONE BODY ENDURANCE – A weighted workout set to the rhythm of music. Total body strength endurance by using light weights. (All Levels - Total Fitness)

  • CARDIO KICKBOX – Punch, jab, hook and kick your way through this aerobic workout. (All Levels - Total Fitness)

  • ZUMBA® – Latin and world beat influenced aerobic workout that will leave you ready for more! Get ready to dance Salsa, Meranga, Cumbia, Hip Hop and more while burning and toning your body. (All Levels - Total Fitness)

  • CARDIO CIRCUITEnjoy cardio workout intervals with a circuit of resistance stations to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body. (Beginner/Intermediate Levels – Endurance / Strength)
