Fuel
the Fire® 8 Week challenge
-
Official
start is January 10th and you will have 8 weeks to prove how you can
‘Fuel the Fire’ by excelling and doing their ultimate best on
their final fitness test, exercise accountability and body
composition measurements. You will commit to doing an initial
fitness test, body composition measurements, 4-6 workouts total per
week (3 at SBF), logging their exercise and working out with a heart
rate monitor. You will do a before and after photo shoot.*
