Here are some tools that will help you with your fitness goals. Keep in mind, not everything is completely accurate when it comes to calculating these items, but its a good guideline to start with.

  • Body Mass Index (BMI) will help you calculate  your ideal weight.

  • Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) will help you calculate your ideal caloric intake.

  • Body Fat % (BF%) helps you determine where you are in regards to fat/muscle ratio.

 

  • Nutritional Data Site (NUT) will help you look up what the nutrient value is for the foods you are eating, from whole foods like strawberries to fast foods like Krispy Kreme, not that we recommend eating Krispy Kreme.
