SMALL GROUP SESSIONS 

    • Get your friends together and let's get moving! Meet at a Park with a walk/jog path walking for intervals for 35-40 minutes finishing with strength circuit & stretch. 60 min session.

    • *Types of workouts for buddy sessions will vary upon number of students and location

CRUNCH TIME WORKOUT

      KICK BOXER’S WORKOUT – Punch, jab, hook and kick your way through this aerobic workout. II/III - Total Fitness

      SCULPTING ABOVE & BELOW – Use a variety of resistance equipment to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body. I/II - Endurance/Strength

      STRETCH & RELAXATION – Promotes flexibility, breathing and relaxation. * -Flexibility  

      CORE DYNAMICS – Fuse elements of Yoga Stretch, Stability Ball and Posture & Balance while emphasizing core stability. II/III –Total Fitness  

      FITNESS FIRST – An easy-to-follow class including 25 minutes of gentle low-impact aerobics followed by sculpting and stretching. I - Total Fitness  

      STRENGTH BASICS –Learn about a free-weight program and strength-training philosophy, followed by a strength-training session. I/II – Educational  

      TOTALLY TUBING – Target major muscle groups using resistance tubing. Ideal for home and travel. I/II - Endurance/Strength  

      EXTREME CARDIO – A high-intensity cardiovascular workout for runners incorporating outside running and strength work segments. III - Total Fitness  

      MEDITATION – A quieting of the mind and body using basic meditative and relaxation techniques. * - Relaxation/Spiritual  

      YOGA – Learn fundamental poses and breathing techniques to develop and strengthen your yoga practice. I - Flexibility/Spiritual  

      CARDIO CIRCUIT– Enjoy a cardio workout on a treadmill adding a circuit of ten resistance stations to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body  - Endurance/Strength

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

    • If you are unable to make your session, you are to call or email me with a 24hr advance notice.

    • If not, your session will still be charged accordingly. 

    • This is to ensure the availability of time slots for current and new clients.
